MICHAEL F. ABRAM – PRESIDENT

    • Mr. Abram has served as President, Treasurer and Secretary since PBSI was incorporated in 2009 and all other entities were rolled up into it for the main purpose of filing a S1 with the SEC to get publicly traded.
    • Together with his brother Stephen Abram, he founded WG Chase, LLC and was responsible for all marketing and production services.
    • Mr. Abram has directed and interviewed of the top names in golf, including: Arnold Palmer, Byron Nelson,David Feherity, Peter Jacobsen, Fuzzy Zoeller, Tom Kite, Gary McCord, and John Daly. He has produced instructional DVDs for top Pros including Hank Haney, David Leadbetter, Jim McLean and Rick Smith.
    • Mr. Abram has overseen the production of over 35 national golf television commercial campaigns. He has written and produced television, print and web advertising for golf since 1993.

STEPHEN V. ABRAM – CEO

    • Co-Founder and Director of Performance Sports Brands Inc.
    • Over 17 years of experience in Sports Marketing and multi-media buying
    • Co-Founder and Principal of The Golf Agency
    • Mr. Abram has a unique ability to recognize innovative and “game changing” technologies.
    • Successful history of developing and implementing multi-media marketing strategies that have generated over $500M in sales
    • Mr. Abram is an expert in product development, new business development, and in identifying emerging technologies.
    • Oversees all business development, operations, and new product management for PSBI.

MATTHEW E. MOLLOY – COO

    • Director Performance Sports Brands, Inc. & VP of International Distribution
    • Former President of Guerin Rife Putters, LLC
    • Helped create two global marketing campaigns for both the Rife Two Bar Putter and the Two Bar Hybrid Putter
    • Developed business model, ran daily operations and raised over $3.5 million in capital for Rife
    • Took Rife from zero in annual sales to approximately $10 million annually in just 3 years.
    • Manages all daily operations, oversees US and Global sales, and coordinates purchasing, manufacturing, and line expansions.
    • Works with new clients to help them setup every aspect of their business
    • Former Professional Golfer
    • Graduated from Colgate University in 1996

STEVE SACKS – NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

    • Has worked in the golf industry in sales, marketing, and manufacturing since 1974
    • Was Co-Founder of Goldwin Golf
    • Director of Sales for Carbite Golf where he oversaw sales growth from 1M to 19M over 4 years
    • Recently was National Sales Manager for Rife Putters
    • Has created an Energy Apparel golf sales force of 34 independent reps as well as doing the same for several other clients
