Since its founding in January 1998 by Mike and Steve Abram, the #1 focus of The Golf Agency has been achieving revenue growth through Direct Response advertising. The Golf Agency has produced many of the most widely acclaimed and top grossing infomercials of all time including Orlimar Trimetal, SkyCaddie GPS, AJ Reveals the Truth About Golf, F2 Golf, Roger Fredericks ‘Secrets to Golf Swing Flexibility’, and Eddie Merrins ‘Swing the Handle’. And most recently, Tour Striker, Vharness, OptiShot and Hank Haney’s PlaneFinder. TGA has also produced over 100 individual instruction videos featuring top teachers such as Hank Haney, David Ledbetter, Jim Hardy, Rick Smith, Jim McLean, Eddie Merrins and many others.

Tour Striker –

Tour Striker is a golf training product in which PSBI acquired 50% interest and management control in 2009. First marketing began in September 2009 and first television marketing in May 2010. Tour Striker has enjoyed approximately $6,000,000 in sales and is currently the #1 selling training product at leading golf retailers GolfSmith and TGW. PGA Champions Tour winner and CBS golf analyst Gary McCord is lead endorser.

Since 2003, Face Forward Technologies, Inc. has operated a business known as F2 Golf. F2 manufactures and markets patented golf club designs that include the F2 Wedge, the F2 Plus Series Irons and the F2 Putters with patent pending MicroDome™ Technology. F2 Golf has utilized The Golf Agency’s proprietary marketing and sales methodology that includes: Long and short form television advertising, print advertising, direct mail and e-mail campaigns, an enhanced website, and trade show attendance. F2′s putters have well over 1 million dollars in sales and have been used for multiple wins on the PGA Champions Tour.

F2 Golf has generated over 19 million dollars in sales since inception. Its current line is outdated and the company has developed a new line of wedges that is appealing to all levels of golfers. These new wedges are being introduced during mid 2011 with 2-time US Open Champion and ESPN Lead Golf Analyst Andy North as endorser. A portion of the share sale proceeds will be invested in development of the new wedge line, infomercial production, and inventory. We believe this new wedge line will garner sales from the company’s existing customers and the lower handicap market.

TGA Media, LLC

TGA Media, LLC. is the media management and media lending and inventory lending subsidiary of Golfers Incorporated. TGA Media has placed approximately $75 million in media for clients since its inception in 1998. TGA Media is one of the top buyers of golf infomercial media in the country. TGA Media has purchased large amounts of national golf print advertising space and maintains outstanding relationships in print advertising. TGA Media has also made media funding loans and inventory loans. TGA Media’s current clients are: Tour Striker, VHarness, Rife Putters, Fredericks Golf, F2 Wedge, F2 Putter, Swingnature and Automatic Swing Trainer.
